1. General Terms
Welcome to LEF Designs. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
2. Custom Orders
All custom orders (including but not limited to motorcycle graphics, custom apparel, and specialty decals) are made to your specific requirements. It is your responsibility to provide accurate make, model, year, and design preferences at the time of order.
3. Design Approval Process
For custom designs, we provide a digital proof for approval. Once a design is approved, LEF Designs is NOT responsible for errors in spelling, layout, or color that were present in the approved proof. Re-prints due to customer error after approval will be at the customer's expense.
4. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property
All designs created by LEF Designs remain the intellectual property of LEF Designs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This includes design work paid for as part of a custom order. We reserve the right to use photos of completed work for promotional and marketing purposes.
5. No Logo Replication
LEF Designs will NOT replicate or print trademarked or copyrighted logos (e.g., Red Bull, Monster Energy, manufacturer logos) without documented permission from the trademark owner. We can design 'inspired' themes that do not infringe on IP rights.
6. Commercial Use Licensing
Standard purchases are for personal use only. If you require a design for commercial use (resale, mass production, etc.), a specific commercial license must be purchased and negotiated separately.
7. Product Standards & Color Disclaimer
Due to variations in monitor/screen calibration, print colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. LEF Designs uses high-quality materials, but we cannot guarantee an exact color match to paint or plastic components on your vehicle.
8. Apparel Care
To ensure the longevity of our printed apparel, we recommend washing inside out, in cold water, and air drying or tumble drying on low heat. Avoid ironing directly onto the print.
9. Motorcycle Graphics — Fitment Guide
Our templates are designed to fit OEM plastics. If you have aftermarket plastics (e.g., Cycra, Acerbis, Polisport), please notify us as fitment may vary. We are not responsible for fitment issues on aftermarket plastic sets not specified at the time of order.
10. Installation Disclaimer & Installer Liability
We are not responsible for any damage to graphics or surfaces during the installation process. If graphics are installed by a third party, LEF Designs is not liable for installation errors. Any replacement parts requested due to improper installation will be at the customer's expense.
11. Surface Preparation Requirements
Surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and free of oils, waxes, and debris before application. Failure to properly prepare the surface may result in adhesive failure, which LEF Designs is not responsible for.
12. Turnaround Time & Shipping
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers. Once an order is shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.
13. Refunds/Returns/Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom designs or motorcycle graphics once production has started. For apparel, please check sizing carefully before ordering.
14. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy and only use your information to process your order as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
15. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LEF Designs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order purchased.
16. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LEF Designs operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
